On of my two computers is asking for DSFL units.
The answer is that I already reached the "daily quota of 1 task" while I had no one... Is that a joke ? |

There is a setting that only allows 2 units per machine, but it can easily be overridden by changing your settings in your Device Profiles under Advanced Options. ![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by mikey159b at Jul 18, 2012 3:32:56 PM] |

There is no 2 units per machine, other than for CEP2. The initial distribution for a new science application is 2 *per* core and DSFL was just upgraded to also have a 64 bit version for faster crunching. For each valid [non-error] result the quota is incremented. Quota of 1 indicates no returns were done, so then the quota goes down to 1, which it also does if the result was in error. Legranpiou has a jinxed machine, so he [the machine] gets an extra assortment of *jokes* going it's way to keep him in DEFCON 2 state.
