Was there not recently someone who hit the Show active tasks button? Tasks for a number of sciences, print with different references in the message log [stdoutdae.txt] to what shows in the Tasks view, so it could be a hard find.

Case in point, this is a task I have listed on the RS pages:
SN2S_ 2X8L_ 1000262_ 0283_ 0 This is how it recorded in the message/event log: SN2S_2X8L_1000262_0283_0 |

Showing all tasks , it's not there...
----------------------------------------![]() In stdoutdae, 0033 (part of the w/u name) doesn't exist I can find other sn2s tasks by searching for the number string in that position (bold bit). Don't know. Hit update and that will re-sync the information on server with what's on the client. Maybe it will show up then.
----------------------------------------edit: If it does not, the server is expected to send out a new copy and the one listed on your RS page marked as No Reply. Not there is tech material... something would not have handshaked properly. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 17, 2012 2:25:00 PM] |

I ran into the same thing right after WCG switched over to server 7 and then again a few weeks ago. In my case the server decided to build a new device with the same device name as the active device and assign it a work unit. Because that device never 'checked in' again the WU was never resent and finally went 'No Reply' after the due date. If you expand 'Device Manager' to Installed/Registered Device: = any time (all devices) and With Result(s) Returned: = any time (all devices) you may find two or more devices with the same name but different device ids with the newest having an Installed/Registered date around the time the WU was sent.

poor wingman will just have to wait for the timeout Possibly not - as the system may eventually realise that what's on your machine doesn't fully match up with what it thinks should be there, resulting in it downloading the required file(s) again at a later date.![]() |
