I changed my profile name and lost my cross project id!

It seems that the cpid is different now than before because on all stats pages like Boinc's own, Free-DC etc, I lost about 2.5 million credits in one day! That was the day I changed my name and I think also my email on the WCG my grid settings. Now all the stats pages say I don't have a WCG and when I enter my current cpid into Free-DC it will show me a page with only WCG and no other projects..

here is my real cpid stats:

http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userb...f14bd2552cac435762712812e

and here is the one with WCG only!

http://stats.free-dc.org/stats.php?page=userb...f6508fc8592ae1b615a285f33

You can clearly see how the 2,500,000 credits were lost on my cpid in one day and suddenly appeared instantly in the second cpid

I don't understand how to merge this and where? Who is in charge of these things? Boinc? WCG?

Thanks for the help

Re: I changed my profile name and lost my cross project id!

The only thing that changes a member CPID (Cross project ID) is the email address. Change it back to what it was, or change it to the same [lower case ideally everywhere, but definitely exactly the same] on all of your other projects [that's a requirement for consolidation], and in a day or 2 all your active projects will assume the same, old or new CPID (In fact the oldest CPID ever created -for that email address- on the active projects will be the selected one).

edit: insert -for that email address-

The cross project ID depends on the email address. It can take a while to sync up with non-WCG BOINC projects.
