Re: IBM a growing contribution My first couple of years crunching here were as an IBM employee. As I discovered WCG off my own back (looking for an alternative use of my spare cycles having grown weary of SETI@home) I set up my own account. I also managed to procure the use of an old test lab to crunch 24/7 during my time there, which goes some way to explaining why my average hours/WU are so high... My view was that it doesn't matter about performance - if it's got spare cycles, it crunches! I'm pleased to hear that IBM is now rolling this out as part of the standard desktop build. Great news!
