Since About 6 hours, CEP 2 project refuses all uploads and tranfer table is stuck to : upload pending,

56 minutes ago, 23:05 UCT, I uploaded several result files for CEP2 successfully, then at 23:06 I got a message that the upload was failing with a HTTP error. Since then I have been trying and backing off. The midnight stats run should fix things or alert the staff to problems.
