Your randomly assigned wingman did not complete within the allowed 7 days [for HCC], which was to the 20th. Now the one who picked up a new copy has 2.8 days to complete the extra copy, which is by sometime tomorrow. Since so-called "Repair" copies go to reliable hosts, they usually complete within 48 hours.
For other production sciences at WCG require more patience as the deadlines for those are standard 10 days. We all compute and contribute spare cycles at our own pace... some do 24/7, others just a few hours per day or even less. Sometimes the wingman hits trouble and the copy goes lost. All part of a volunteer grid computing project. --//-- |

The "Who" will not be revealed if you're talking about a member name. If you click on the Work Unit name link on the Result Status page, you'll be able to see which copies are outstanding for return , marked "In Progress".
