It appears that not all of the points and results from my machines are being credited to my team, and it has me baffled.
----------------------------------------Team member details and statistics are showing me as 55,738 points and 225 results returned, but my Member Statistics show me as having 57,331 points and 230 results returned. I have not returned 5 results since WCG last updated the stats, so what's happening? Are Team member details and statistics just slow to update? Or, what? Would someone please be good enough to check this out for me? Thank you. |

I just checked into your stats and there are two reasons for the difference between your contribution to your team and your personal total. The first difference is that while individual stats are updated four times a day, the team stats are only updated once per day. So your individual stats will include results already returned today while the team stats will only include all of your stats included through the end of the prior day. The second difference is that you actually quit your team at 23:23 UTC on July 5 and rejoined the team at 10:24 UTC on July 6. This means that when the team stats ran at the end of the day on July 5 you were not part of the team at that time. Thus your results for that day were not added to your contribution to your team. knreed |
