Pbs with my results registration on the WCG site.
Hi,

my computer was upgraded to Win 7 and since that date,
my returned results are not seen in "My Statistics" anymore..
neither my platform in my "device manager" ...
What should i do to fix this issue ?

Btw, are my results properly received and used in the global grid calculation...?

Open up your BOINC Manager (Advance Mode), and check as to what account is showing in the Account column - it may be that (for whatever reason), your computer's now computing against a different account.

You're Right !! The account and team have been changed by my office support team when they upgraded my OS version !..

Amazing that when i go see My Statistics, my "All that jazz" account is still shown with no computer in the device manager then indeed no results etc..

How can I recover my personal account ? i didn't find the way to do it in the BOING Manager...
