The error: "You can't open the application wcg_c4cw_lmps_6.40_powerpc-apple-darwin because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."
Basically I was using 10.5.8 then I updated to 10.7.3 and I reinstalled the boinc manager because it said the permissions were wrong and I should reinstall it. Well if I leave the computer overnight and come back to it, it has like 15 messages saying that error. Does anybody know what it means and how I can fix it? Thanks. Erik P.s. I have checked the computer from time to time during work hours and its crunching work units but I don't get the errors as much. |

Hello earths-knight,
----------------------------------------This problem is caused by code in the BOINC server and in the BOINC Manager. The first fix will probably be made in the BOINC server code, maybe today. There is nothing that you can do. Lawrence Later: knreed has put a fix in the server code that should stop this problem.
