---------------------------------------- Recently searching some Internet forums in Hong Kong, and i simply realized that NO people know about grid computation, let alone BONIC and WCD.  Anyway, commitment and enthusiasm are what really matter the most. It is lamentable that even some people know that their computer can help, but they simply turn a blind eye to the needs of science researches. Still, i have to admit that computing computer plays a vital part in grid computing( clearly that's what i don't possess ). To compensate , maybe organizing and managing a team, channeling others efforts together is what i can do at this stage , as a student and also as a world lover. |

Still, i have to admit that computing computer plays a vital part in grid computing( clearly that's what i don't possess ). Perhaps you should get your university computer science/IT department to join your team? Many universities and colleges are here on WCG, try to convince yours to join, then you will have plenty of power!     |

Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening, Good Night!
This must be the way to greet an international team  Peluche, I did try the search team feature. There was no way I could join this team directly with this feature either. I was a member - the only one - of Team Heavenly Bodies. It is a team without a captain. Jack007 used to be a member and probably the captain, but for some reason he had jumped ship. My reason for joining Team Heavenly Bodies - now Jack007 was no longer there and whom I would have thanked for a nice compliment to *The Survivors* and the looks of mermaids once upon a time - was that I saw it as my only chance to get a heavenly body  I had the good luck to work around the problem just upon returning from spring in Sweden: Instead of joining Team Global Community - together is power directly I quit Heavenly Bodies and then joined here. Voilá - I'm in - too late to participate in the Challenge - but I'm in! Together with EVGA Crunchers, Team Musketeers ('allo YvanStauffer whom I have not met before) and Hypernova - really good company BTW: I have met one cruncher from Hong Kong: pc81111 - and BTW: Cruncher, I think means number crunching if that makes sense for you assassin ezio I Have a Dream  |

Perhaps you should get your university computer science/IT department to join your team? Many universities and colleges are here on WCG, try to convince yours to join, then you will have plenty of power! It's probably a good idea, and a good opportunity to meet new friends too Anyway, i crunched most of the wu of various projects i had in my cache, so i can help more here in the next days [Edit 2 times, last edit by Former Member at Mar 11, 2012 9:05:39 PM] |
