Ah little mermaid, you are curious and doubtful about my last answer to your question. I am impressed by your persistence and by all of your different approaches you have used in the past and your graceful approach you have now used, in your last response, to seeking a different answer to your question but should I quietly “let it ride” or should I now feed you curiosity with a different answer to your question?

SNURK has done a great job and my hat goes off to him but I'll pass on SNURK for the time being. As for the weather in Northern New England, they have had a very mild winter and many days have been warmer than in California where I am at.

Are you implying that because I'm a Californian I can't have a team called New England? Can I pick the Dallas Cowboys as my favorite football team even though I'm a Californian? Is that possible? Can I call myself a "little mermaid" even if I'm from Denmark?
I enjoy all your remarks "little mermaid" and I'm glad that you are my "pen pal". You’re quite an enjoyable character. I had taken vacations to different New England areas in the past and I really enjoyed those places and all the people I meant there. The United States has a lot of beautiful states in it and the scenery changes from state to state. In-fact, ALL the "states" have a "uniqueness" to them. They’re all beautiful. |

No, Captain, I'm not implying you cannot have a team called New England,
the reason being you're a Californian. I'm sorry that my mind is too conformist - you see, I sort of expected you to be of New England origin. I agree with you that the United States has a lot of beautiful states, many of which I had the good luck to visit, and the diversity is breathtaking Each time I see an American tourist in Europe, I'm grateful that he wants to visit - because in the principle you have it all yourselves. And you can certainly call yourself "little mermaid" even tho you're not from Denmark - only thing: The name is taken already!  Thank you on the "pen pal" comment  The joy is mutual.
