One of my computers started getting a succession of computational errors. 24 in a row in a 30 minute span. 8 of those have errored out with wingmen already.

Never had GFAM problems before, afaik. Error message (based on sampling from both machines): VINA Error: Error: could not open ".\x2oos_PfENR.pdbqt" for reading. Same error also applies to my wingmen. Hi Everybody,
Ooooooppps.......my bad! This issue was my fault. I made a typo in the "config" input file for the docking jobs that involved this x3lt4_PfENR target. Al at IBM diagnosed the problem this morning, and I just fixed that config file. The team at IBM will now start rebuilding the work units that involved this target. I'm sorry about all the hassle that my typo caused. I double-checked all the other config files for this project, and they are now all correct. Best wishes, Dr. Alex Perryman |
