Four went through my quad last night in the stealthiest way. I am not sure I would have noticed them without Uplinger's message!
---------------------------------------- CPU times: 0,16, 0,38, 0,40 and 0,88 hour, although all four included 8 tasks. |

Who knows... there's a dozen more researches in the pipeline and WCG likes to reuse docking and simulation engines ... the experience / how to factor making it possible to run so many sciences concurrently ;>)

Just released another grouping into the wild :) about 16,000+ results are ready to be sent.
Thanks, -Uplinger These are again shorter work units like before, should be very similar. Next round of work will be split up a little bit better. :) |

As you know, WCG has good flex on most task chopping [not HCC e.g.]. The techs just need to learn & characterize as with DSFL/GFAM what ligands run long and short... then they will be sized up no doubt, the last set only holding 8 jobs. Why load the scheduler with many small as reasonable sized tasks do as well. ;>)
