Yes, you're a good example.
 What helps me is exercise - Nordic Walking and such - however, I spend too, too much time at the computer |

5 pages awaiting validation. Moved one machine over from folding to crunching.
Long day today and tomorrow... seems I've got 15.5 lbs of beef brisket to BBQ that's about 16 hours of cooking time. Whee... Saturday gonna be good eats day! |
