A promotional tool !!!! each of us promote WCG . Why not to see this challenge as a promotional challenge ??? Clean water is a key need for mankind, everybody can understand it. Technically, ending 85-90% of the c4cw for christmas is possible.
I will never ask a user to give up a project, but I ask every user to hire one person for this challenge and offer the best christmas gift.!!! |

I fully agree with you, Geokamayoc. It's increadibly important project.
----------------------------------------I have already made a suggestion here to run projects more sequentially and I would take c4cw as the first project to run high speed: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...ead,31826_offset,0#343687 But I understood from the discussion that this approach is not optimal because we have a bottleneck on scientists side. Even if we would run much faster - they wouldn't be able to analyze completed tasks any quicker. Another problem - they probably wouldn't be able to create new tasks in time. So there is a reason why a particular project goes with the speed it goes.  |

First of all, I am really thankful for the 12 first teams whi joined the challenge..... Team brazil and team China, what a success !!! ;-)
my team name is "Kyuuninkai Task Force". It's my research group in real life, you can google the name or find it on mixi.jp. A tip, I have sent a letter explain the project , the challenge and my arguments at ALL my contact who don't know WCG..... if each of us do it, c4cw will be quickly over..... |

Even my username is international.... i am a pro geographer, so Geo means Earth and Kamayoc in Quechua language (native peruvian) means "Who made the task".... ;-) |

About my team "Kyuuninkai Task Force" , it's a research project in real life, so i accept everybody who want to join, but i ask only people to google the name and read the result before to join. It's a new research field, a innovative methodology, I want people know what it means..... But, my main wish for this challenge is only a large number of teams !! |
