RCC - Nice looking chair. I got one that looks just like that. I brought it in 2004, can't remember where, but I think it was either in Va or NC. Since I was working from home in Va at the time, I wanted a comfortable chair, plus you stay cool while sitting in it. I really like it, but so far my chair arms have stayed on. I think I paid around 400 for it in 04, so yes it is expensive, but it has held up nicely. Yeah, I'm sure Grumpy will say it held up nicely because I was never sitting in it since I was out on the lake fishing, but that's another story.

Burno,
----------------------------------------The Aeron chair is a good chair when it works. The chair also reclines and I don't recall it being designed to do that. I have tightened the adjuster until it won't turn and no help. I sure do enjoy my new $89 chair.

I expect to go gold in DSFL by morning.
----------------------------------------My goal is 4 additional sapphire badges. You can't have too many sapphire badges. Come to think of it you can't have too many badges regardless of color.

I tried combining working from home and fishing but the motors of the other boats passing by was a dead giveaway.
----------------------------------------"Can you hold until I reel this one in?" was not a big hit either. So I sold the boat and gave away the '63 Ford pick-up I bought to tow it. The '63 would do everything well except for 2 things; starting and stopping. I like Fords and in fact own a V10 F350 4x4 now and it does everything well. They say the 2 happiest days in a boat owners life is the day they buy it, and the day they sell it. Not me, I have owned 3 boats and was never happy to sell any of them.

One of the AMD quad core PCs is down due to a broken CPU fan bracket.
----------------------------------------The part costs $3.99, to get it shipped 1 day is $120.00. I won't be getting this part soon.

- just swimming by to make sure you're well seated.
I love this dry, fatalistic type of humour, you have - Shipping & handling charges Some years ago, I gave my now ex a torque wrench for his birthday - it was the best I could find - and he liked it very much - and he used it enthusiastically on eight wheels twice a year when changing tyres - another thing he perfected .... |
