RAMDISK & BOINC configuratios
Would it be possible/feasible to run one BOINC Manager in RAMDisk e:\ (Program AND Data Directories) for CEP2 and another in c:\ (Program AND Data Directories) for everything else?

No. Do not try to run 2 instances of BOINC on the same machine.
