FAO Techs: Minor enhancement to device / webprofiles

Could there be a bracketed text added to the web-profile option for the connect interval, so users know that the 0.0 value indicates "always connected"?

Workunit Cache Settings
Connect to network about every 0.1 days (0.0 means the internet is always available)
Cache extra days of work

The function under the next next client seems to change in the way that a work fetch will only be made when the connect minimum level of queued work has been reached, so to concentrate task requests into one big call, rather than constantly asking to backfill to at least meet the additional buffer / cache setting. Asked some questions on the Alpha list, to get an understanding. Portable / scheduled connect crunchers might get their surprise... idling client when local ISP connectivity e.g. is not reliable.

thanks for your consideration
