Hi all,
I'd like to report a bug witht he website. While profile statistics are being updated, users are unable to change thier password, and or user profile. That can be a delay of up to 30 minutes from my expirience. |

Hi,
You mean during the afternoon [12:06 UTC] statistics update? Don't know if that's a bug. It used to be that the noon stats made My Grid inaccessible too, like the nightly. The techs changes allot to facilitate noon access but may still be needing to lock a few functions not to upset the stats updating process. The 'My Grid' section of the website is disabled during parts of the end of day stats run. This is done to prevent deadlocks that occur when doing mass imports for some of the backend tables.
