Looks like there will be a first wave of these drugs on the market long before DDDT runs its course, and it looks like they will relieve a tremendous treatment burden for folks using current methods. I can't imagine how much money Vertex and Merck spent on finding those drugs. Let's hope that the compounds we are all finding together--using absurdly little money--will be even more efficacious!  |
