Seve Ballesteros, former world No 1 Golfer, has passed away at the age of only 54 after battling brain cancer for 3 years.

Rest in Peace - one of the real gentlemen of sport.

Indeed, RIP.

The BBC posted yesterday a 2010 interview, http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/int/news/-/sport2/hi/golf/13311206.stm
To think that he was leading Europe in 2009 to conquer the US in the Ryder Cup, while having his own "hardest challenge of my life.", few noticed then.
