problem with my projects

in available projects I've ticked on The Clean Energy Project - Phase 2
in Intermittent Projects I've ticked on The Clean Energy Project

And yet boinc keeps downloading any available project.
While I respect what the other projects want to accomplish as very important. I am of the mind that finding electricity that's so cheap we won't even meter it is a corner stone in solving all of humanity's problems.

So I only want to contribute to that project and only that project.
Is some setting somewhere been set wrong or do I have no choice in this?

Project Specific Settings
Number of workunits per host for
The Clean Energy Project - Phase 2? 		
The Clean Energy Project - Phase 2 is limited on how many workunits a computer can have downloaded at a time and what minimum
bandwidth the computer must have in order to receive any workunits. Changing this value from the default of 1 will override both of these
restrictions.

and change it from "1 - Default" to something else.

Also, uncheck the

[ ]If there is no work available for my computer for the projects I have selected above, please send me work from another project.
[ ]Please opt me in to new projects as they become available.

check boxes.
