Dear RTS48,
should be good to go now - please try again.

Just as a (handwavy) reminder of where this error comes from: In very special circumstances, usually connected with a server glitch, an upload is interrupted, but the partial upload on our side is still "open", i.e., the computer thinks the upload is still active and it is hence locked. If a new upload attempt is started, it has no place to go since the incomplete and locked copy is still sitting in its designated place. This leads to the "transient upload error". We can go into the upload tree and force-remove that roadblock, which resolves the problem. Hope this explanation helps a bit.

Answer: Be patient and it usually resolves itself. In this particular case, this was caused by Unstable server environment.

Re: CEP2 Transient upload error / locking file
Hello,

Old thread kicked. As the profile is set to default 1, client will not get a new task until this one is successfully reported. Can the catch be released so a new contribution can be fetched and scheduled for clean energy?

BTW, the system requirements page specifies that results can vary from 20 to 80 MB. Seen smaller and this one is 84.4MB after zipping:

we just deleted the potentially corrupted part of E219057_198_I.54.C34F6H14N8O5S.00064682.0.set1d06_1_4 on our side. Hope that this will resolve the issue.

You are correct in your analysis - we have had some issues on our side which we are working on right now.
