Shame that the badges are limited to 200 years per project. Have you got your own spreadsheet to cater for more? If you want, I have one that allows for up to 5,000 years per project with forecasting. Let me know.

Thanks Mike.

I'm about three months away from 500 years on OPN1, and that's a close enough estimate for me. I already have 1000 years on MCM1 so I'll just let my crunchers keep rolling on OPN1 until another project comes along. I also have 64 threads crunching on ARP1 even though I don't think I'll hit another badge before the project ends. I leave HSTB alone because there are so many others who want those rare workunits. I spent years updating a spreadsheet every day, tracking progress and forecasting badge completions, but at this point in my crunching career it's not really worth doing. I go to Devices every morning just to make sure every cruncher is still returning WUs. Oh, and I have three crunchers with good enough GPUs to catch OPNG WUs.

There will be 9-12 months before the end of ARP so you will probably get another 50 years in. The badges take longer and longer the higher you get. OPN seems set for a while and MCM seems almost infinite, which is probably why Krembil took over WCG.

I have a PC and 2 tablets running 24/7 and a laptop which runs about 3-4 months a year (it overheats except in winter) and can't run OPNG so run Einstein (BRP4) which doesn't take up a thread.

I expect my 10 years on ARP about the end of July so should make it, then 20 years on OPN in November. My 50 years on MCM will take another 6 years unless there are no new projects, in which case it would be 2 years, and if I live long enough!

    It's not really a badge, but just now:

    I passed 1 billion points (and for extra good feeling, 1 billion in my language means 1,000,000,000,000, but I don't think I'll get there in my lifetime)

    Let's just recap how we count in Dutch cool 

     10^3 = duizend,
     10^6 = miljoen,
     10^9 = miljard,
    10^12 = biljoen,
    10^15 = biljard,
    10^18 = triljoen,
    10^21 = triljard,
    10^24 = quadriljoen,
    10^27 = quadriljard,
    etc.
