I am getting Network error whenever I try to go to http://www.sig.net78.net/

I don't get an error when I go to http://www.sig.net78.net/ - but I only get a blank white page. However the signature quite properly appears when I post a comment to a WCG forum (as you can see).

Given that the primary purpose is the signature, I guess I'm being a bit of a nitpicker to complain about being unable to see who is stomping me because they're chasing the easy points instead of being a good planetary citizen by contributing to CEP2 (to grab a purely random tongue

example of a CPU-intensive project off the top of my head).
