Here is what I think is going on:
1) Flu2 depends on cloning DDT2 when the scientists are perfectly satisfied. Late last year they guessed this would be in early 2011, but I have not heard anything for a number of months.

2) AC@H will probably not be resumed. The professor in charge seems to be going on a different research path.

3) The NRW scientists are using GPU programming to analyze the results. For the moment, I have not heard any rumors that they intend to do this analysis on WCG.

As always, there are some possible projects being investigated, but the WCG staff will make an announcement if a new project is imminent.

I use an approach very similar to what RT described. I normally have my default profile set to run all projects with a 3-3.5 day queue. I have a separate profile for DDDT2 only. I'll set my quad to the default and fill up the queue. 3-3.5 days is one-third of the 10 day return window that is the norm these days and is just long enough to get through the longest outage WCG ever had (they had a fun Xmas thet year ). I'll then change it to run the profile for DDDT2 and use Advanced Prefs to bump the queue up a few days. That has the machine regularly checking for DDDT2 work. Every day or two, I'll just clear Advanced Prefs on the machine, swap back the profiles and let the normal queue top off with normal work, then set it back to DDDT2. An added bonus with this is that I get a lot more Beta work. Of the nine days I've done, 8.5 have come since I started doing this for DDDT2. The other half day spans the past back to the start of Betas. It's a trade of not having to regularly check the thread in the DDDT2 forum and switch after the fact to try and get some (if any are left) with having to be sure to do the swap at least every couple of days so I don't run out of work. The latter is not a problem since I'm checking things each day anyway doing the stats. At the moment, I've modified this slightly so that the quad gets only Water by default instead of everything. The C2D does the CEP2s. If the quad runs more that two CEP2s concurrently, I start seeing problems. There's no easy way to always run just two concurrent CEP2s on the quad but the C2D maxes at two so perfect fit. I have about 18 days to emerald on DDDT2 and 40 for Water. I try to make sapphire on a project and then go back to all projects. Lately though, there have been enough new projects that I haven't made sapphire on all of the new ones.
