Out of interest how did you workout it would take another 430 days to complete HCC? thanks by rough calculation, you subtract results returned (see HCC stats http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewProject.do?projectShortName=hcc1 ) from 210 000 000 (which is ~ tasks to do) and divide on current speed (see Sekerob's HCC 7-day avg speed chart for it http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q210/Sekerob/WCGYearsPi1Project.png ) for example today it is: (210000000-129384027)/206100=391 days ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by rilian at Jan 23, 2011 10:59:00 AM] |

for example today it is: (210000000-129384027)/206100=391 days Thanks rilian. I get 371.34 days using 210000000-129542275/216666=371.34 I used the tasks completed 7 day average from http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q210/Sekerob/WCGYearsPi1Project.png Is my calculation correct? Thanks yes, quite correct. Average speed is jumping from time to time, and last month it was around 210000/day please read HCC Chart topic for more info about total number of WUs remaining at first there were 85 mil WU * quorum=2 now confirmed total 105 mil WUs * quorum=2 http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/...ad,18662_offset,50#299461 |
