Have to say wow :) We are getting some serious crunching done.
I was pickung up my son today. Just 9 hours driving in rain and once we were in returntrip darkness started....those with 2 hours sleep night before :S Well it's all worth it. It's fathersday this sunday after all. Well will be driving 9 hours again in fathersday. In winter that same trip can take over 12h+ or sometimes can't even get there because of snowstorms. |

That's some trips you take there LTDAkiles
- especially in the darker half of the year it must be trying ... You come across as a model father, and I'm sure both your biological and step children will appreciate that tomorrow. Funny thing: I think Mother's Day is the same date all over the world, but Father's Day is not - and having it in winter is different. In Denmark it's June 5 which happens also to be our National Day where we celebrate our Constitution. I don't know whether we shall put any symbolism into that. You will be a busy Dad this weekend, but you'll be pleased to hear I noticed two new crunchers: Soong and Zoggerty both joined today. I have a feeling that Soong and Zoggerty have joined as permanent members, which is a good thing. RAMMIE, the blues fan, and several other Base Campers taught me a bit about music yesterday, so we think you would like to listen in when you get the time. Enjoy Father's Day tomorrow, Captain Blues and a little more ... Oh, and I went to the sauna yesterday. OHHH, was that good, Captain! Some day I would like to try a genuine Finnish one near a lake - but in the summertime ... nor ice nor chain saw for me ... but maybe a sip of vodka. Which is your preferred brand of vodka?'  |

I'm back. 16h sitting in a car and half of it driving in the dark. Was worth it.
Son made best dad in the world card and wooden destruction derby car. Stepdaughter made card also. :-) |
