I sent an email to the system (here) almost a month ago and have not received a reply. Do they not answer questions or reply to emails? This isn't conducive to encouraging new contributors.

There are very few techs working to support WCG, they do as a rule reply but you would be better asking in the forums where other users can also help for a quicker answer

First, the link he gave is the correct link.
----------------------------------------But second, I am a frequent curmudgeon with all sorts of ideas. I have used that Contact Us page especially proposing the use of social media like Facebook and Twitter to "spread the word". I have always gotten a reply addressed to my subject. |
