Re: process got signal 11

I hardly dare to mention it, but I'm currently installing a kernel upgrade ;)
A non-checkpointing Wu is running at the moment so when it's finished in about 1 1/2 hour I'll reboot. Who knows it helps, but I doubt it...

Re: process got signal 11

Stumbled yesterday on a bootless kernel updating utility... Ksplice Uptrack http://www.webupd8.org/2010/10/install-kernel-updates-without.html
Ksplice Uptrack is free to use for Ubuntu Desktop (from 9.04 to 10.10) and Fedora 13.

Now that the Windows platform has yet to match (to my knowledge) ;>)

You should have mentioned that 15 minutes sooner ;) Now I just updated all my 3 ubu-boxes to the new kernel already. But I don't think we'll have to wait long to test it anyway, so I'll give it a try.

Thanks,
Bart
