Ah then you are correct. I call that a statsbox.....like we use over at grid. Star system was a cool idea too  But still.......One thing I most certainly am not is a stifler.....this pup is a good recruiter.....just haven't got around to showing you yet   I have brought in over 3000 members to the WCG so I believe I am qualified to give you a little well meaning adviceI would suggest that you post to your team thread less often Try and make your comments a little more recruitment oriented to motivate the people who choose to read your thread, into wanting to join you in your efforts to build a team worthy of their time |

All valid points but we have different philosophies and methodology.
If people don't join they don't join......as long as they are doing the work it matters not much where. And I have made a pretty good fist of my other team so only time will tell. One must remember....you probably arrived to this gig early on, when new members were coming on stream all the time and selecting a team.....I am in the second, or even third wave......and most "current" members already have their team. My team is about giving the new people a place to "test the waters" without feeling team pressured. This team will climb the rankings......be it just me or many |

If people wanna join a big behemoth team then good luck to them. This team is about fun and friendships...whilst getting the work done. I have seen animosity at other teams when a contributor decides to move on to another team........not having any of that here. If my lil team doesn't suit.....then I shall simply say "thank you for the contribution" and wish them well on their new adventure. Anyways, we shall zoom up the rankings soon enough |

Hehehe......I am just getting warmed up
Not being online 24/7 is a pain......I hafta switch between projects so I don't have any idle time when I am not home. U D mon won't play nice with two projects installed. But all the projects are good stuff....and my daughter is closing the gap in her contest in my other team If mousie ever gets bored with Linux/Folding she may even chip in a resulty |
