Re: STOP new FAAH batch - faah16199 - faah16201 - WUs crash instantly

Until the WCG techs address this issue, yes it does . That is why I suspended the WU's and temporarily no longer accepting these WU's.

shock Re: STOP new FAAH batch - faah16199 - faah16201 - WUs crash instantly

Thanks for the heads up on this. "Only" 212 pages of bad results from the Green Machine here, so they can't all be failing :). I've turned my fire hose off of FAAH for now until I hear it's fixed.

This would explain the sudden variability in points I've seen over the last couple days maybe. Hmmm.

Cheers!

Experiment 34

FAAH16199 - that's where experiment 34 starts, which hasn't been announced at all yet. It looks like it has not exactly been well prepared - some parameters missing in autodock. Obviously we were crunching too fast through the experiment 32 WUs, so it happened at the weekend. biggrin

Regards,
Martin

Re: Experiment 34

All:

Thanks for the information. We're aware of the issue and are looking into it. I don't have an ETA for when it will be fixed, but it will likely take some time to get corrected. Thank you for your continued patience.

If you've disabled the project in your preferences, you can safely re-enable it now as FAAH work units will no longer be sent out until the problem is resolved.

Maybe you can reset the daily quota counters for those computers that suffer from the issue?

Re: STOP new FAAH batch - faah16199 - faah16201 - WUs all crash at startup

Hi all, I am also having erros on the FAAH 16209 and FAAH 16226 series WU's. I am always getting computation errors and all was fine 4-5 days ago. I stopped all work on these. Anyone know when things should be ok?

It's not the PC, as it is doing this on 3 diffrent PC's!

As seippel pointed out above, the problem is being taken care of. Yo do not have to do anything. You can include FAAH in your active projects, because you will only receive new WUs as soon as the problem will be fixed.

Martin
