Re: new CEP2 beta started - STILL version 6.25!

Following on from the earlier post, there was another crash and restart overnight - all 4 WU's have now passed through - the last one is currently uploading (all 22Mb of it!!) - but there is a stability issue somewhere that does need to be resolved before the whole lot goes on release. Of the others, one PV and the other 2 Valid, so the outcomes appear to be OK even if getting there is a bit fraught.

Re: new CEP2 beta started - STILL version 6.25!

I'll second what JSYKES is saying. I came home earlier this evening to find my rig locked up with a severely corrupted OS, ended up having to do a complete re-imaging from a backup. I got into BOINC manager before wiping the drive and 6 CEP2 betas were currently in progress (12 threaded 980x). This is the second or third time I've had a crash when allowing more than 3-4 of these to run at once. I'm not complaining, just happy to help out in Beta. But the issues with these WU's are quite a bit more serious than what we usually encounter.
