The homepage has been updated to showcase our latest partners, Development Gateway and BDPA of Philadelphia:

there is now a link underneath each partner logo which says "Join This Team".

When a member clicks on this link, they will be taken to the team page for that partner where they can view the partner team information and stats. From there they can select the "join this team" button. When choosing this path, if a member is already a member of another team, it will go to a page that asks them if they want to leave their old team and join the new team. The member may then chose to continue or cancel. If they are not already a member of a team, then it will simply add the member to the selected partner team.

As a reminder, statistics are not transferable from team to team. The statistics that a member contributes to a team while a member of a team, stay with the team they were on. When a member leaves a team they will be shown on the team as "retired".
