Staying Logged In

2 computers--both WinXP--office and home--keep making me log in. Cookies are enabled on both.

Office has Trend Micro Corp AV and it doesn't block it (so I've been told). Home has Symantec Corp AV which I've tested and it doesn't block it.

Any thoughts??

Re: Staying Logged In

Hi Blurf,

Logging in to Forums and or My Grid?

They have expiration times, which resets each time there is activity and even when going from a signed in state over to My Grid it asks sometimes to re-log in.

What is the shortest time of inactivity you have to sign in again and from where to where are you navigating?
