I'm looking for motivated people to join my team , i think this is a very important job to do.

I'm posting here where people aready know about the theme of volunteer computing for research.
Here i can find people who care about the results in medicine discovery.
I'm very happy that many people make efforts to help.
The reason because i'm a little bit angry is that people who could do something is not interested in doing, this is why now i'm trying to find hentusiasts among sensible people that attend this forum.
I try to spread the knowledge of this job but i find people who does not care about , people who care but dont mean to partecipate and people who care and partecipate and after a little bit of time leaves the job.
I founded my team because i think that competition may be a little imput to work so i could involve some colleagues and friends , and so happened.
But sadly i see that in my team we are in 27 , only 13 active and half of results are from my work....
This is sad , we could reach 1000 hours of job a day and only stop at 250/300 hours....
But to return to the primary problem , the best thing would be to involve someone new to this volunteering.
