got like 50 of these so far. I'm waiting to see how well behaved they are before increasing cache size. With any luck, I should make ruby tonight or tomorrow morning.

I'm just getting 1 or 2 at a time, but they are coming in faster than they are being processed, and my cache is slowly filling up.

Left the nets open for a few hours and looks like I may have got about 10days worth all in. No errors/problems so far.

got my first task for this project. Just noted that need make some setups on my device profiles and projects to increase the chances to get more.
I really would like to have more resoruces to invest more time to dedicate in DDDT2. Dengue is a plague in many countries. |

In the last few days I have picked up lots of DDDT2 WUs even though I have other projects selected also. They are not repair units. I don't recall this happening to me like this in the past. Is the demand for DDDT2 WUs finally slowing down to meet the supply?

Is the demand for DDDT2 WUs finally slowing down to meet the supply? That's possible. I've noticed with the last 2-3 batches that once we get out of the a's, the batch distribution slows down dramatically, which means there's more for 'general' crunchers and not just the 'single project' crunchers. One of my couputers has b115 units and 4 hours later was receiving b124's. That seems much slower (edit) than in the past, although I don't have those figures in front of me to confirm that (/edit) Either there are more units in each batch, or we have fewer badge hunters swooping in with increased buffers gobbling everything up. I think its the second one, personally. [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Apr 23, 2011 9:22:51 PM] |

This batch and the last two batches were released as normal work units. Before that this project was in test phase with low priority so almost all work units go to badge hunters.

My 0.5-day cache is managing to stay full, though I still am getting many "no work available" responses. Up to b287 at this point.
