My accumulated points are increasing but he server states I have not return a result since 2/13/09. Last stat history 2/14/09. Have no history but downloading/uploading work units consistently. What do I need to do to see updated info on website.

Is the member name in the mail the same as the member name under which your points accumulate?

Is the name in the client the same as in the mail?

If you go from here to My Grid > My Statistics > My Statistics History is it showing daily points? Go https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMemberStatHistory.do From what I see for gnat5115 is that: Last Result Returned (UTC) 13-2-09 16:29:52 [13,446+ hour(s) ago] So, If your client is doing something, it's not reporting it to the gnat5115 account which confirms the empty Result Status page.

That's where I go, was working fine but have not bothered to check in a month or 2. now shows last results returned were 2/14/09. My points are up over 1.5 mil since that date. Used link supplied and same.

oops now feel like fool. Had another user name. logged into old account. Is there anyway to merge the 2? Delete the gnat5115 and merge points to current account.
