Given the lack of new projects Oh, I'm sure that the WCG techs will be incredibly busy behind the scenes and that new projects will show up as soon as they're ready. After all, there's the FLU2 project along with those other Water based projects which were annnounced towards the back-end of last year (of which we know about). Before that though, there has been talk of modifying the CEP2 project to allow the option of letting WU's crunch a lot longer/right to the end...Although it'll never be published, I'm sure that there's a very long list of projects/amendments/enhancements that they're working on - and, perhaps if it was announced, we'd all be in shock and many would then begin to realise the pressure these guy's are constantly under. After working for IBM, what I can guarantee, is that the techs won't/don't have the luxury of just "sitting around, waiting for something to do"... ![]() |

I recived 8 pages of invalids for HCMD2only from two Ubuntu x64 machines. No other projects affected.
Some were validated normally. Any ideas? |

Hi Randzo,
----------------------------------------Last week, I did experienced a similar problem with CEP2 until HCMD2 ran fine. Sekerob's suggestion was to reboot the host (no rational reasons for doing this because no specific failure messages were available excepted some missing files). I did as suggested and since now is running OK ! Yves --- PS What is the error message in the WU log? |

I reset the host (VM) after each batch of WU.
I have reduced HCMD2 WU in mix but next time I will take many of them to see results. Thank you. |

I have never had a problem before on MD but I have just had to abort or suspend several WUs because the CPU time stuck.
The elapsed time kept increasing but not the CPU time. in each case the time remaining stayed at about 65 minutes and the progress % moved VERY slowly, seemingly as a proportion of elapsed divided by elapsed plus remaining. Mike |
