Help : Receptor preparation procedure
How to prepare receptor file to be used for docking studies in Autodock . I tried a lot to get this answer but have not succeeded in finding suitable procedure. Please provide me procedure of receptor preparation.

The AutoDock site at http://autodock.scripps.edu/ has a 'Contact' link at the top right beside the Wiki link.
