Not sure what happened but 1 of my machines crashed. When I restarted it I noticed that one of my HFCC jobs is over 8 hrs and is only at 3%. I been checking on it and it seems to be running at a pretty decent rate now. Anyone else has have this problem? Or should I just cancel the job.

Personally, I'd say 'keep an eye on it and decide after n number of hours', as I've had long HFCC WU's in the recent past - but not quite as long as this appears as though it's going to be...
----------------------------------------If you decide to abort it and it goes out to someone else which results in a valid WU with a huge number of hours, you'll only kick yourself at the missed opportunity... PS. congrats on reaching Silver (when I first went into reply to your post, it was showing Bronze, and when it came back after my post was added, it was showing Silver )![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by gb009761 at Jul 31, 2010 12:45:40 AM] |

Looks like the job is running pretty good now. Maybe the super long start had something to do with the crash, who knows. I was a little surprised I got silver, since I have 12-15 HFCC jobs that were inconclusives (probably becuase they were too long, 2 were over 10 hrs). Hope to get gold by the end of the weekend.
