Was wondering if anyone knows why it would take 9+ days to send out _1 and why the wingman has less than 48 hours to complete?

From reading the forums some endless "waiting to send" seem to have happened, maybe caused by the tribulations we had last week with the CEP2 servers. Either manually forced out or by system it will have been scheduled as a rush job, which normally have a deadline of 40% of the original assignment [4 days of 10 days standard deadline], but the techs can influence that if in a rush.
----------------------------------------Finger in the air, it's the techs that will have the real answer.

Bill, this also happened to me a few days back - this time though, with HCC

Thanks for the response. While I’ve seen only this one I thought it might be an indication of a problem with the CEP2 scheduler.

If a result is 'resent' to the computer, then the time sent for the result is updated to the time it was resent. In this case the In Progress one you see, was resent and had its sent time moved.

Ah, that makes sense. What formula applies to then force these into High Priority processing? (shorter than repair deadlines, but further out than the original).
----------------------------------------edit: will then add an appropriate extension to the XYZ status FAQ. thanks

Thanks (while going to fetch the kevlar) :P... would it be a health hazard to me in asking to apply this to the repair jobs too so they can get a deadline that is no less than the original distro, or is it still deemed too burdensome on the DB to fetch the original deadline?... less queuing in that R++ line I'd venture to think particularly if MrKermit does a mass abort when he's got to redirect his resources.
----------------------------------------PS. This line initially read like fast-hand deal until noting the small diff in the period: if (result_report_deadline < result.report_deadline) :D

Thanks knreed. Sorry I didn't respond sooner, I've been gone for a couple of days, or just long enough to miss the last DDDT2 disto.. Bill P
