Downloaded a bunch of files, But no task started!
Is this a normal? Or, is it a problem?

Hi,

Yes, those are the fixed files related to the different sciences that are initially fetched before work is called [on a new installation, or after a project reset]

When you open BOINC Manager, go to the projects tab, select WCG and hit update button, what is then printed in the message log. Please post all lines.
