boinc manager not able to connect to a world community grid client, been trying to reconnect since 9:30 am, exited and restarted no change,

Did you do anything to the system securities or the BOINC installation?... come on, we don't bite ;>) edit: highlighted the action advised by client!

not sure what you mean, who can read/write in boinc folder, am using the computer now so there is no connection problem, no changes made to comp

found folder was set to read only, rebooted comp, working now
