In case anyone sees the progress % of the graphics same as what's seen in the BOINC Manager task view, BOINC Synaptic distro 6.10.17, plz let us know. For now, all 3 current runs show zero as in screenshot below, whilst HCMD2 does match what's seen in the BM. Reported to techs.
----------------------------------------Sorry, the SS is a bit oversized. Still not figured out how to capture a single frame in Linux. In Windows, Ctrl-Alt-PrtScr would do that effortlessly. ![]()

There are different ways- using Alt + Print using the command line gnome-panel-screenshot --window using the screen-shot tool (see accessories) and you'll get: ![]() ![]() |

Thanks, probably the order of the keys may have done it... Alt-Ctrl-PrtScr. The screen capture tool I found a while ago but it was resisting the force... it would not let me save the screen after selecting the area of interest... I'll bash it again later.

Hi.
I'm running Ubuntu 8.04lts x64 native with Bonic 6.2.14, the waveform ( is that the right word ) in the graphics moves but the progress percentage does not change. As others have said, all other projects graphics work. |

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 - BOINC 6.10.17 installed using Synaptic Package Manager and am seeing the same thing when I select the task in the BOINC manager and then click Show Graphics. Progress is 0 %

Sek,
Thanks for the heads up on the graphics. I have taken a look at it and for I know where the issue is. The progress code was not properly updated and will be on the next round of versions. As it is only graphics associated, it will go out when mac or windows goes out next. Thanks again, -Uplinger |

thx uplinger,
----------------------------------------and thx Mathilde2006 once more. I should have done the RTFM I occasionally ask others to visit. Hit Help and all and more ways to capture whole or parts of the display. Was right before my eyes when doing PrtScr and being asked where to save. Here the Deluxe version for those on Windows/Mac, who can't wait to see the glossy: ![]() PS: Can you see the shaded fringe of this screenshot? It's Lucid Lynx in pimp mode.
