I just upgraded my motherboard from an AMD 955 (4 core) to an AMD 1090t (6 core). In my Device profile,it is set for 16 microprocessprs. When I bring up WCG in the messaged it recognizes the processor as a X6 1090t, but only 4 tasks start, and when I run CPU benchmark, it shows only 4 CPUs.

Look in your local prefs and of course, make sure to set the CPU processor permission to 100%. Hit the clear button which makes sure that the web settings kick in.

Thanks, Everything was set correctly. It looks like the clear did the trick. As soon as I did the clear I got a message that the CPUs were changed from 4 to 6. That was the only thing I did to fix this. - Mitch |

Some results are probably in PV jail which may skew results over the short run. Cheers
