After 3 days of only CEP2 on one device, my bwdown value reads 204256 as an aside, having a rated line of 20MB and I'm still receiving them.
----------------------------------------The 128 kBps * 8 equals the 1Mb that's mentioned in the news flash on the science launch, so yes, were it not that the actual measured is also read out with a small b per your OP post, for consistence ;O)
