I just had one newly completed CEP WU upload and validate. The ones from earlier today are still stuck "uploading."

Suspend the BOINC network in the activity menu, wait a bit. Set the network option to Run Always, select one of the stuck result files and hit Retry Now, one time only (not Update in the project tab). Has worked for me in past and today... don't ask me why it works (not important)... it does.

Still have two Stuck in upload, others are going through ok.    |

I've tried shutting down BOINC and restarting it on a few that got stuck like this
