I have a World Community Grid block of data that currently shows 5:14:42 of computation time, no time left to completion, and 112.776% completed; and it is still computing. What does this mean? Should I allow ito continue, or flush it?

What WCG science is this? Some apps suffer this, mostly it seeming to occur on HCMD2 that can run up to 12:00 hours after which it will end the current position. For me the monitoring of ''checkpointing'' which is written every 5-10 minutes on this science is a sign of continued proper computing. You can set the client config to log this in the messages. See Start Here FAQs for detail on how to.

Well, now it shows over 201% completed. Is it time to simply flush this block of data and start again? This is a HCMD2 block.

what is cpu time?? what boinc version are you using?? for HCMD2 it can go 12 hours max cpu, depending on what client version you are running may show elasped time, is not unusual for HCMD2 to go over 1000% with some clients, let it run if is under 12 hrs cpu time.
if your client shows elasped time click on job and select "Properties" on the left menu, this will show actual cpu time |

I have a task that is at 143% with nearly 8 (7:51) hours of CPU. Both still counting. BOINC version 6.2.28. Let it run or restart the computer?

It went away on its own while I was at work.
