Had a hard drive crash just reinstalled BOINC with no issues.

----------------------------------------Hi, Daily quota (reached daily quota of 8 results) implies that your troubles are either not over or were only resolved today which then means you'll have to wait till after 00:00 UTC. Please go to the My Grid > Result Status and see if there are errors. If there are click on one, preferably the newest and post the content here. Also, please copy the BOINC Manager Start up section of the message log... about 30 lines so we can see the setup of client and system. ttyl

----------------------------------------OK, that short result log is rather non-telling other then looking at the screenshot showing your May 7 quota of 8 to test if the problem was resolved was used up. Did you look in any of the other error links... for instance for the FAAH job. Same? Next step, we need your start-up messages. In there is a path printed to the data directory. Go to that data _directory and open the stdoutdae.txt file and browse it until you get to the section where results are starting and finishing with some error messages indicating why tasks might be failing. Copy that here. Editing can be done by hitting that button next to the post title. Edit: Just see you making an additional post. Give me some time to scan. Meantime find that stdoutdae.txt file and look for actual errors. Detaching from project... well that counts for the 8 errors, except the result status page then should show them as Detached.

Alright, there should be lines of task downloads and starting of tasks at the minimum, so yes, please go ahead, upload to some fileshare such as pastebin or rapidshare and give the link an a reply.

I suspended rest and detached in an attempt to fix the problem.
I was hoping that once I connected again to my project it would start up again. here is the link, http://cid-988b91f35a949678.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Public/stdoutdae.txt you'll notice the date is wrong at teh start, when I redid the PC is was set for June didnt notice this till morning, date has been changed then I did a reinstall of BOINC and it still didnt work |

We'll save the "wrong date, one month in the future" for another time... when the server thought the client is potty and would never ever be able to make the deadline retroactively.

Then when these complete properly more will be given. Let us know tomorrow, or uninstall BOINC, delete all and every trace in the data_dir, reinstall and hope WCG thinks this is a brand new client asking for work. Of course there are the Tech gods that see this conversation and reset your quota, but usually they're very busy.
